Leedon Green (Former Tulip Garden) has been purchased in one of the most significant en bloc tenders this year. The real estate site where upcoming prestigious Leedon Green will be constructed was sold after four collective sale attempts to Singapore Exchange-listed, Yanlord Land Group.

The property investment company bought the Farrer Road Condominium site with a 20.4% price increase from the previous reserve price worth $753 million that was submitted by the residents of the size 316,708 sq ft estate. Leedon Green developers MCL in a partnership with Yanlord Land Group offered a massive amount for the Leedon Green prices of approximately S$907 million. The Tulip Garden’s sale price translates to a land rate of $1,790 psf ppr which is higher than the recent collective sales in the area.

Asia Radiant Pte. Ltd a company jointly held by real estate developers Yanlord Land Group and MCL Land secured ownership of the site. The upcoming Leedon Green would consist of 638 units.
